Remote Data Entry Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Entry/CSR.

Key Responsibilities

• Review incoming Grievance and Appeals documents for completeness and relevance
• Accurately identify and assign the correct Line of Business (LOB) based on client definitions
• Access multiple client systems to verify and validate member information and enter data accurately

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in data entry or customer service roles
• Familiarity with healthcare or insurance processes is preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet productivity standards
• Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy regulations
