Job Summary
A healthcare research company is filling a position for a Remote Data Entry Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Entering new provider information into CRM
- Verifying new providers to ensure they meet requirements to order testing
- Providing user access to Provider Portal
Skills and Requirements Include:
- A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- A minimum of 1 year customer service or data entry experience in the laboratory or closely-related field
- Strong computer, internet, and software operation skills required
- Experience with Salesforce required
- MacOS experience (Apple computer) required
- Strong communication with co-workers and managers
