Remote Data Forensics Psychometrician

Job Summary

A global leader in workforce solutions needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Data Forensics Psychometrician .

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Designing and conducting data analytics to support the security and integrity of high stakes examination programs
• Designing and conducting R&D studies to evaluate, validate, and optimize the use of secure test delivery modes and technologies (including AI)
• Developing and implementing frameworks for data forensic analyses to detect test fraud

Qualifications Include:

• Ph.D. in Educational Measurement & Statistics, Quantitative Research Methods, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Psychometrics, or highly-related discipline
• At least 5 years experience in test development and psychometric methods required
• Graduate training and experience in psychometrics, measurement theory, test development, validation, item bias, standard setting
• Skill in using statistical and data science software (R, SAS, SPSS, Python), Excel, and Word
• Knowledge of test security issues and analytics, data forensic methods, and ability to apply them
• Well versed in psychometric methods, measurement principles, test design, and validation
