Job Summary

A media company is seeking a Remote Data Governance and Infrastructure Senior Software Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Build a fault-tolerant, secure, and scalable infrastructure and APIs
  • Architect, test, release, and support new functionalities
  • Build self-service platforms to power Technology and Data teams

Qualifications for this position include:

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent engineering experience
  • Complete experience with the software development lifecycle
  • Experience with Python, object-oriented design, and agile engineering practices
  • Experience shipping high-quality and performing systems
  • Knowledge of distributed systems principles
  • Experience with the different data storage technologies
