Job Summary

A data technology company has an open position for a Remote Data Governance and Product Growth Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Become an expert on company’s platform capabilities, customer needs, and competitive landscape
• Drive company platform usage growth and stickiness with specific focus on security and data governance aspects
• Partner with and support sales and customer success teams

Required Skills:

• BA/BS in Engineering or Computer Science
• 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing or growth for security and data governance SaaS products
• Technical background and/or strong understanding of data security, compliance, ransomware, content governance
• Experience with tools that accelerate product adoption, customer loyalty and product stickiness
• Ability to create persona-based content for product users, senior technical decision makers and executives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to produce stellar writing under tight deadlines
