An agriculture and food manufacturing cooperative is filling a position for a Remote Data Governance and Reporting Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Developing a thorough understanding of the business and data strategy
• Developing and delivering training and onboarding procedures for new data collectors
• Directing, motivating, and leading data collection team members

Required Skills:

• Bachelors in Agriculture, Information Technology, business or related or 10+ years of equivalent experience
• Solid understanding of ag production practices
• Exception attention to detail
• Experience managing a team and driving to meet deadlines
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to think and process feedback efficiently
