Job Summary

A company that develops business solutions and payment processing software is in need of a Remote Data Governance Lead.

Must be able to:

  • Stand up and lead a cross-functional governance council
  • Provide on-going communication around progress and successes of the data governance program to generate excitement and drive adoption
  • Facilitate the sharing and adoption of data governance/master data management best practices throughout the data community

Required Skills:

  • Cross-functional knowledge of enterprise data capabilities: data quality, data lineage, data catalog/glossary, metadata management, and advanced data analysis solutions
  • Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment with many moving parts and be flexible
  • Ability to develop people, skills in coaching, mentoring, and teaching on the job
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
