Job Summary
A restaurant technology company is in need of a Remote Data Infrastructure Engineering Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Recruiting, hiring, and developing a team of highly skilled engineering talent
- Collaborating and guiding the design and development of the data platform
- Monitoring and reviewing engineers’ progress related to development goals
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- At least 8 years of engineering experience with a progression to a senior technical level
- At least 3 years of engineering management experience under an Agile operational model
- BS degree in a technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience building, delivering and supporting various data-driven services at scale
- Experience managing distributed teams consisting largely of remote engineers
- Ability to translate business priorities into viable technology solutions, and deliver
