Job Summary
A language learning company is filling a position for a Remote Data Integration Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, chat, email, video conferencing
- Troubleshoot cases, identify and escalate any issues to the Senior Data Integration Engineer
- Provide roster services and data integrations support
Position Requirements Include:
- Knowledge of data integration methods
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in technical customer support
- Expert on all Lexia products, and latest hardware, software, and networking technologies
- Experience with Excel, SQL, and basic database concepts
- Experience supporting Software as a Service
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
