Job Summary

An inbound marketing company has an open position for a Remote Data Integration Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• providing technical advice and support to end users relating to their integrations
• documenting customer issues and creating knowledge base articles
• assisting where appropriate with the adding of field mappings and logic changes

Required Skills:

• 3+ years’ experience in technical/customer support working with all types of users
• 2+ years’ experience with 1 or more of the following CRMs: HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Salesforce, SugarCRM
• Familiarity with the utilization of cloud applications and a willingness to quickly learn new systems
• Access to high speed internet and the ability to work remotely
• Independent, fast learner, and self-starter
• A great attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond
