Job Summary
About This Job:
We are looking for an experienced Data Manager/Business Analyst to oversee the development and use of data systems. You need to be able to utilize efficient ways to organize, store and analyze data with attention to security and confidentiality.
We need a great data manager who understands databases, is able to fully grasp the complexity of data management, and has the ability to communicate findings clearly and concisely. You also need to be tech-savvy and possess excellent troubleshooting skills.
Data Management & Analysis
Gather all sources of company data (ie- Google Analytics, SLAPcenter, Agile, Podio, Amplitude etc) and organize into Power BI (Data Analytics Tool)
Organize Data and ensure it is available for all company leaders to see and understand as needed
Releasing of Daily SM Leaderboard
Releasing of Weekly Team Stats
Preparation of monthly company-wide performance report - including deep analysis of all areas of the business, performance for the previous month and trends/learnings to work on in the next month (presented to Leadership Team and then shared with the full team)
Make strategic recommendations and improvements to how we gather data, organize and analyze data and make strategic decisions based on data.
Operations, Systems, and Processes
Silver Standards (company processes and policies) are continually improved, created and optimized as needed
The team is monitored, supported and held accountable for following all Silver Standards
Ongoing attention is paid to how to create overall improvements to operations, systems, and processes
Communication breakdown issues are constantly monitored and process improvements are made in real time all the time.
Technology Management
Set up of any new Technology accounts
Manage integration between technologies in order to improve efficiency
"Go to" tech support team-wide for any/all technology related issues/ questions/needs
CRM / Agile Management
Setup & be responsible for the creation of all event flows, campaign flow and landing page in Agile for all Outreach Campaigns (generated by BD Team and C&C Team)
Assist in creating email marketing campaigns for ALL active outreach campaigns as well as for past SLAPsters, LostJames, monthly newsletter to clients and general mailing list.
Collect relevant data in agile to analyze campaign success and identify big learnings as well as update PODIO with daily stats.
Assist SM team during Active follow-up by ensuring they fully understand all context for Deals and are fully aligned and organized for success
Manage Agile database to provide up-to-date segmentation.
