A company that provides financial data services is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead strategic initiatives
- Ensure customers derive maximum benefit from our products
- Identify and execute on upsell and cross sell opportunities
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of professional experience and/or an advanced technical degree or an MBA
- 2+ years experience in client facing functions
- Experience managing business processes and product operations
- Familiarity with the world of enterprise software
- Working experience with Python, SQL or Spark
- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively
