A translational sciences company has a current position open for a Remote Data Manager and Scientist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing NGS data associated with clinical and metadata organization
• Developing R-Shiny applications

Qualifications Include:

• Hands-on experience with NGS data
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Perl, and Bash) along with programming with R
• MS or PhD in Bioinformatics, Biology, or related field
• Exposure to public data sources, such as TCGA, CCLE, Ensembl, GTEx, Achilles, etc
