An employment-related search engine has an open position for a Remote Data Measurement and Tools Technical Team Lead.
Must be able to:
- Manage a team of direct reports
- Manage the hiring process for your team
- Lead initiatives and propose improvements to measurement models
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of work experience in data and analytical field
- 2+ of SQL to write complex, highly-optimized queries across large volumes of data
- 2+ years of experience in Python programming
- Ability to translate business requirements into prototypes and technical documentation
- Ability in mentoring technical and non-technical staff
- Capability to validate and explain trends and results compared to outlined success metrics
