An employee experience software company has an open position for a Remote Data Operations Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and aligning the Data Operations team’s vision, strategy, and execution
- Establishing industry best practices that are repeatable, scalable and drive a high quality of customer service
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of experience managing a team of at least 10+ highly technical resource
- Experience with processing data sets with rigorous PHI/PII compliance considerations
- Experience with BI visualization tools like Tableau
