Job Summary

A company that provides an enterprise data cloud is in need of a Remote Data Platform Customer Enablement and Education Director.

Must be able to:

  • Build trusted partnerships and seamlessly collaborate with sales teams to support in training sales
  • Enable internal, partner and sales teams in selling education and enablement
  • Drive customer education and enablement initiatives

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent education background
  • 10+ years in tech industry in training and enablement functions
  • 5+ years successfully leading a training organization in cloud and data technologies space
  • Experience in building customer education and enablement programs for technical platforms
  • Strong desire to build a best-in-class Customer Education function with a strong customer-first viewpoint
  • A solid understanding of the data and analytics market as well as current learning technologies
