A people trust platform is seeking a Remote Data Platform Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Being accountable for the development of the data pipeline
- Owning the product data platform
- Hiring, growing and retaining a team
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or data engineering roles
- 7+ years of management experience directly supervising engineers, data scientists, and analysts
- Demonstrable functional knowledge of data engineering proven practices
- Demonstrable understanding of predictive and classification ML techniques and their practical applications
- Exceptional project management, organization, verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with large complex projects on web-scale and a track record of impact
