Job Summary
A downloadable software company is in need of a Remote Data Platform Senior Software Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Design, build and maintain critical data-pipelines
- Build necessary tools to help with their data-related needs
- Build foundational data sets.
Qualifications for this position include:
- At least 6+ years of distributed systems experience.
- Experience with object-oriented and/or functional programming languages
- Rigor in high code quality, automated testing, and other engineering best practices
- Have an understanding of one or more data processing frameworks and tools
- Have designed data oriented systems with distributed capabilities
- Experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure is a nice to have
