Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Data Platform Software Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Build the latest in next-generation technologies
  • Work on a variety of things like information retrieval, distributed computing, large-scale system design
  • Work on a data pipeline handling more than one billion events per day

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience with Java, Scala or similar technologies
  • Experience with Spring Framework
  • Experience with GCP
  • Experience working with highly traffic systems upwards of 10k req/sec
  • Experience with event driven architecture
