A legal staffing and recruiting firm is seeking a Remote Data Privacy Attorney.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with the development of practical guidance materials across a range of topics within this field
- Creating “how-to” practice notes, forms, checklists and legal analysis on a range of topics
- Drafting new content and supplementing existing documents
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in data security and privacy law
- Strong knowledge of key data privacy laws such as the GDPR, CPRA, GLBA and HIPAA
- Ability to draft new content and supplement existing documents
- Ability to create “how-to” practice notes, forms, checklists and legal analysis on a range of topics
- Ability to assist with the development of practical guidance materials across a range of topics within this field
