A computer software company has an open position for a Remote Data Privacy Counsel.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Completing and reviewing impact assessments, vendor questionnaires, records of processing activities
- Supporting complex, strategic commercial transactions involving data protection terms
- Building strong internal and external relationships promoting privacy compliance and business enablement
Position Requirements Include:
- Strong experience advising on GDPR requirements
- JD degree (or UK equivalent)
- Proven experience in representing technology clients in matters in the US and the EU
- Validated ability to execute tasks and ability to quickly pivot among multiple projects
- Understanding of IT/Security infrastructure, network architecture and SaaS computing, and data analytics
