Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Data Privacy Legal Intern in Atlanta.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Gain exposure to a broad set of legal and business-critical issues
- Conduct legal research in areas including data privacy, commercial transactions, and other matters
- Help identify and develop processes that either don’t exist or that need improvement
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Second year law students in good academic standing for the degree of J. D. from an ABA accredited law school
- Ability to conduct research of case law and legislation using common legal research tools and systems
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Analytical and ambitious team-player ready to contribute to the Legal team‘s initiatives
- Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently, meet deadlines, and manage multi-dimensional projects
- Strong problem solving and ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
