Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Data Privacy Legal Intern in Philadelphia.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Gain exposure to a broad set of legal and business-critical issues
• Conduct legal research in areas including data privacy, commercial transactions, and other matters
• Help identify and develop processes that either don’t exist or that need improvement

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Second year law students in good academic standing for the degree of J. D. from an ABA accredited law school
• Ability to conduct research of case law and legislation using common legal research tools and systems
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Analytical and ambitious team-player ready to contribute to the Legal team‘s initiatives
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently, meet deadlines, and manage multi-dimensional projects
• Strong problem solving and ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
