Job Summary
A human resources software developer has an open position for a Remote Data Privacy Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing day-to-day activities related to contracts, benefits administration and international operations
- Working closely with the Head of Data Privacy to advance the privacy strategy and execute the privacy roadmap
- Owning and managing relevant strategic privacy compliance projects
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience with different privacy frameworks, including GAPP and NIST
- At least 5 years of people management
- Extensive knowledge of US and global privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR, CPRA, GLBA and HIPAA
- At least 7 years of experience in the field of privacy, legal or consulting with focus on privacy program management
- Familiarity with privacy management technology
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, law, cybersecurity, information systems, engineering, data science or related field of study
