A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Data Privacy Security Attorney in Miami.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assess and develop company privacy policies and approaches
- Keep the company in compliance with changing data privacy laws
- Ensure the integration of privacy and data protection
Position Requirements Include:
- 4+ years as a data privacy attorney with an AmLaw 200 corporate law firm or a large corporate legal department
- Experience assessing data privacy compliance and developing programs
- Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
- Outstanding references
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
