Job Summary

A staffing and recruitment agency is in need of a Remote Data Privacy Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Manage the secondary use DPO request process for gRED AI and MLP projects
Provide DCR support for gCORE and new systems used in gRED
Support QCO and Study Management with data privacy questions / issues raised during clinical trials

Qualifications for this position include:

Degree in Information Technology, ideally combined with data privacy/legal specialization
3 to 5 years of experience as paralegal or legal IT specialist or eDiscovery expert
Has an in depth understanding of Data Privacy, GDPR and CCPA
Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills required
Is fluent in English, other languages are a plus
