Job Summary
A staffing and recruitment agency is in need of a Remote Data Privacy Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Manage the secondary use DPO request process for gRED AI and MLP projects
- Provide DCR support for gCORE and new systems used in gRED
- Support QCO and Study Management with data privacy questions / issues raised during clinical trials
Qualifications for this position include:
- Degree in Information Technology, ideally combined with data privacy/legal specialization
- 3 to 5 years of experience as paralegal or legal IT specialist or eDiscovery expert
- Has an in depth understanding of Data Privacy, GDPR and CCPA
- Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills required
- Is fluent in English, other languages are a plus
