Job Summary
A public opinion and data company is seeking a Remote Data Products Client Services Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Owning the relationship with a portfolio of client accounts
- Deeply understanding clients’ business objectives to deliver solutions
- Acting as the primary lead interacting with the senior leadership teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A minimum of 3 years directly managing client relationships
- 5+ years working in client facing market research, consulting, or data analytics role
- Proven consulting skills: conceptualizing, analyzing, deriving insights from data
- Comfort proactively diving into the data to find the right data points
- Must be able to speak the client’s language, and understand their key strategic initiatives
- Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills a must
