Job Summary
A financial services and investment firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Data Reporting and Engagement Analytics Advisory Services Lead Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Partnering with internal business units and clients/advisors to understand their reporting needs
- Executing strategic plans including client-specific initiatives and reporting engagement rates
- Executing strategic distribution of enrollment and retention strategies to promote the Participant Advisory Services programs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Five years' experience in retirement and/or investment industry
- Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field or equivalent data analytics experience
- Knowledge of SAS, Python, R Working knowledge of using an integrated tool set to leverage big data
- Advanced knowledge of SQL for facilitating reporting across various data sources
- Knowledge of Hadoop, SAP HANA or other Big Data environments
- Working knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Salesforce Wave, Qlik, Domo, SAP Business Objects or similar tools)
