A leading insurance company specializing in commercial property and personal insurance products has an open position for a Remote Data Science and Analytics Senior Recruiter .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Partner with Advanceed Analytics and Data Science communities to recruit top talent for those spaces
- Negotiate and extend offers. Manages candidate experience from start to finish
- Build a network and pipeline of talent across various industries to deepen talent pool
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a recruiting role or other related human resources role
- Demonstrated ability to operate in an environment with ambiguity and change
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to recruit across multiple disciplines.
