Job Summary
A technology company that provides a customer relationship management platform for property managers needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Data Science Director.
Must be able to:
- Create and own the data science roadmap
- Work with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to solve meaningful business problems
- Develop, test, analyze, and interpret hypothesis to discover value
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience manipulating data sets and building statistical models
- Prior work demonstrating development and deployment of data science applications (including API's) at scale
- Experience working with big data technologies and developing data science solutions in AWS
- Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
