A think tank for women in business is in need of a Remote Data Science Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Leading the Data Science team
• Hiring and mentoring a rapidly expanding team of technologists
• Deriving insights on member behavior for internal use

Required Skills:

• Proven leadership abilities, including effective knowledge sharing
• Extensive experience implementing ML, ideally in an eCommerce or real-time decision platform
• Extensive experience with a large-scale data environment
• Able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
