A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Data Science Infrastructure Engineering Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Foster inclusion through equitable decision-making processes
• Partner with peers in engineering, product, design, and other functional teams
• Grow, onboard, and hire a diverse set of engineers

Qualifications Include:

• 2 in-person "all team meetings" a year
• 3+ years of experience demonstrating a technical depth and breadth of design
• Experience coaching engineers in a range of performance needs
• Experience supporting inclusive and effective teams
• Experience leading collaborative decision-making
• 1+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager leading teams
