Job Summary

A digital debt collection agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Data Science Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Build and lead the data science team to deliver world-class products
• Oversee the development of data science models
• Give data scientists the tools and motivation to build predictive models that lead to business impact

Qualifications Include:

• Previous experience as manager of data scientists and machine learning engineers
• Hands-on experience with machine learning tools, techniques, and framework
• Experience with building and productizing models, and iterating and improving them over time
• Experience with advising leadership on decisions related to your field and expertise
• Ability and desire to educate the rest of the company in data science concepts and techniques
• Advanced degree in statistics, applied mathematics, computer science or equivalent
