Job Summary
An insurance holding company has a current position open for a Remote Data Science Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Solve complex problems utilizing creative solutions and new perspectives
- Develop and lead a team of analysts with the skills, capabilities, and passions necessary to successfully drive and sustain a data focused culture
- Partner with Sr. Director, Data Analytics & Claims Analytics team to execute on a robust strategy that integrates data
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical or technical discipline
- At least 5 years of analyst experience in a dynamic environment
- Expertise obtained through progressive analytical and operational work experience
- Outstanding presentation and written communication skills
- Development experience in scripting/analytics language
- At least 1 year of direct leadership experience with proven ability to develop your team and execute on strategy
