- Leveraging data analytics to drive operational improvements and amplify operational excellence to support team's rapid growth
- Inspiring, growing and nurturing a team of recruiting and/or sourcing professionals to deliver against Business hiring needs
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters and/or sourcers
- 8+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience leading a team of 7+ direct reports
- Experience translating data and analysis into strategic recruitment processes and recommendations
- Experience collaborating with key business leaders and senior cross-functional partners
