Job Summary

A marketing services company is seeking a Remote Data Science Research and Development PhD Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Leading and managing team contributions on data science and machine learning R&D
• Individually contributing to data science and machine learning R&D projects
• Managing research projects and recommending solutions

Required Skills:

• Ph.D. in a computational, mathematical, engineering, or scientific field
• 6+ years of industry experience in a computational area
• Fluency in computer programming, data structures, and algorithm design
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing direct reports and/or leading small research teams
• Experience and proven success working with business and technical teams
• Proven ability to initiate, lead, and manage research projects
