A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Data Science Technical Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working closely with customers to understand their business needs and guide their usage of products
- Taking ownership of relationships with key customers
- Driving customer retention and expansion by leading customers to successful, sustainable outcomes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Prior experience in a technical customer facing role
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities across a portfolio of customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Executive presence and confidence in communicating with technical, business, and executive stakeholders
- Strong understanding of data science, analytics and or software development workflows
- Passion for data analytics and creativity in guiding customers to successful outcomes
