A data analytics company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Data Science Vice President.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading, growing, and retaining an expanded team of data scientists
- Developing a roadmap for new data product offerings
- Working directly with the CTO in continuously improving the company’s AI strategy
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's in computer science, mathematics, or a related technical discipline;
- 5+ years experience leading and managing small to medium sized teams
- Experience using machine learning and AI methods in production
- Expert knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
- Experience with common data science and machine learning frameworks
- Strong analytical and quantitative skill set
