Job Summary

A company is looking for a ML Data Scientist to contribute to the development of data-driven products in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Tell compelling data stories and present analytical results in actionable formats
• Mine and extract valuable data, preprocess it for quality, and develop predictive systems and machine learning algorithms
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to design data-driven strategies and enhance data collection procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field; equivalent experience accepted
• 5 years of professional experience in data and analytics roles
• Proficiency in statistical programming (Python, R) and query languages (SQL, Hive, Pig)
• Strong applied statistics knowledge and understanding of machine learning methods
• Experience with data visualization tools and a solid mathematical foundation
