Job Summary
A digital partner has an open position for a Remote Data Scientist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing, building, and deploying algorithms to enhance the performance of advertising campaigns
- Defining data requirements and gather/validate information, applying judgment and statistical tests.
- Prototyping code for the newly researched methods
Position Requirements Include:
- Retreats twice per year
- B.S., M.S. or Ph.D. in computer science, math, statistics or a strong quantitative educational background
- 2 years’ experience in applied data science, machine learning or modeling
- Adept with scripting languages such as Python, Bash or Perl
- Working with big-data tools such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Pig, Presto, Athena or Qubole
- Excellent communication skills
