Job Summary
A company that developed a software platform has an open position for a Remote Data Scientist.
Must be able to:
- Effectively analyze, transform, and interpret company data to drive decision-making
- Create, maintain, and optimize data pull scripts to drive decision-making
- Monitor Tableau server performance, optimize server configuration, and keep server software up to date
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Familiarity with creating data visualizations in Tableau, DataStudio, Looker or other tools
- Prior experience with Tableau server administration in AWS environment is highly desirable
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to break down and understand complex business problems, define a solution, and implement it using advanced quantitative methods
- Experience in or familiarity with our key use cases—advocacy, nonprofits, or community organizing—is desirable
