A tobacco company has a current position open for a Remote Data Scientist.

Must be able to:

  • Mine and combine multiple data sources as part of Exploratory Data Analysis
  • Use big data sources to design, test and implement new analytical solutions
  • Integrate a variety of data sources

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Decision Science, Advanced Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or similar
  • Relevant post – graduate study or 2+ years of progressively responsible work experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SQL and Python programming languages
  • General understanding of advanced statistical techniques
  • Firm grasp of basic statistical principles
