Job Summary

A peer-to-peer online marketplace specializing in RV rentals is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Data Scientist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Analyzing large-scale structured and unstructured data to derive analysis and insights to identify ML opportunities for optimizations in the business
  • Running experiments to test hypotheses to iterate on features and optimize user experiences
  • Implementing ETL and data pipelines of data cleaning and aggregation for analytical and modeling purposes

Qualifications Include:

  • A degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Physics, Statistics, Economics, etc)
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong skills in SQL and highly proficient in Python and ML packages
