Job Summary
A medical device company is seeking a Remote Data Scientist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Researching and understanding the clinical problems we are trying to solve
- Working with software team to deploy trained models into production
- Designing and implementing machine learning algorithms for regression and classification tasks
Skills and Requirements Include:
- M.S. or Ph.D. in computer science or related engineering field
- Proficient in Python and machine learning libraries
- Experience with training neural networks
- 2+ years hands-on experience in data science / machine learning with large tabular datasets
- Experience with cloud computing (AWS, Google Cloud)
- Comfortable in Linux/Unix development environments
