Job Summary
A financial services and insurance agency is in need of a Remote Data Scientist Director in San Antonio.
Must be able to:
- Oversee and execute the exploration of promising new technologies
- Partner with enterprise analytical and IT teams to build core capabilities and processes
- Direct the design and construction of large and complex data sets
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimal Travel
- Master’s degree in related field or 6 additional years of related experience
- 8 or more years of experience in predictive modeling, large data analysis and computer science
- 3 or more years of direct management experience
- Experience in stochastic modeling, machine learning, and other advanced mathematical techniques
- Expert in at least one compiled language and one dynamic scripting language
