A privately-held employment-related search engine is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Data Solutions Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of high value data driven business capabilities to drive over-achievement of Indeed’s goals
• Lead (virtual) teams to deliver strategic priorities
• Partner with Indeed business leaders to define capabilities needed to deliver strategic goals.

Qualifications for this position include:

• Strong track record leading solution definition, design and development of high value data driven capabilities partnering with senior leadership across the organization
• Demonstrated ability to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• People leadership and program leadership experience a significant advantage
• 5+ years business experience: the ideal candidate will have a mix of business experience / subject matter expertise and technical experience
