Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Data Submissions Lead Associate.

Must be able to:

  • Guide and mentor data submission associates
  • Communicate recommended Operational Database tool requirements
  • Manage tier 2 and tier 3 support of ODB products

Required Skills:

  • 5 or more years of experience in a financial health care position
  • Experience with Action OI Data Collection Module
  • Solid working knowledge of healthcare terminology, charge master/billing practices, and hospital operations
  • Demonstrated ability working with labor productivity measuring and reporting in a healthcare setting
  • Possess analytical reasoning and solution-focused problem solving
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Access and Power Point
