Job Summary
An IT service management company has a current position open for a Remote Data Technology Enablement Program and Operations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Communicates effectively with sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Assists in the production of sales assets and materials to facilitate the sales process
- Supports and inform the salesperson onboarding process and adjust training
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience managing sales tools and enablement platforms
- Content creation experience building assets and materials
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of training techniques and best practices
- Experience effectively tracking performance and metrics across an organization
- Project Management skills
- 5+ years managing field transformation, corporate alignment, system and/or process integration initiatives
