Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Database Administrator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Managing SQL Server databases through multiple product lifecycle environments.
  • Providing guidance and support to Application Developers
  • Assisting with schema design, code review, SQL query tuning.

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related information technology field
  • 5 years of experience with programming languages such PL/SQL coding
  • Experience with backups, restores, and recovery models
  • 5 years of experience with SQL Server, SQL Clustering and High Availability
  • Good understanding of data and schema standards and concepts
  • Expertise in SQL
