Job Summary
A SaaS company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Database Administrator II in Tucson.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Writing, refining, and optimizing T-SQL code for maximum performance, reliability, and maintainability
- Analyzing and interpreting advanced storage solution requirements, translating these into efficient frameworks
- Working collaboratively with Engineering & QC teams throughout the product development process
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Proven experience working as a SQL Server database administrator, engineer or developer
- SQL Server Development experience in some capacity
- Intermediate to Advanced level T-SQL experience, including query tuning and optimization
- Familiarity working with ETL processes and/or toolsets
- Intimate knowledge of SSMS, and working knowledge of the other MS SQL Server Tools
- Experience with reporting platforms, and the ability to translate business needs into functional and efficient T-SQL driven reports
